Vedder Price is a global law firm with over 300 lawyers that delivers high-value, best in class legal counsel on a variety of business-critical corporate matters.
Located on the 19th floor of one of Los Angeles’ most venerable buildings, Vedder Price’s office was outdated in space needs, functionality and finishes. Our design completely transforms the existing lobby and conference center into a welcoming space that brings in natural light and showcases views of the city.
In addition to completely refreshing the furniture and finishes, the new design introduces an office services area with a combined records room as well as a new multipurpose training room. Based on the success of our work, we were awarded a second phase to the project which further expands the buildout of Vedder Price’s space, adding a small café and additional offices.
The project, delivered while the space was occupied, included multiple phases divided among the workspace, lobby, kitchenette and copy room. We were able to deliver the renovation without substantial disturbance to daily operations.
