Contact UsThe Marzetti team was looking to advance their product development in a facility that grants them space for collaborating with clients, yet also is meets their everyday workstyle. Activities can range from phone calls and meetings with customers to creating signature products in the kitchen labs.
After moving into a facility with no renovations over the past 20 years, our full methodology was integral to transformation and began right away with strategy, design and construction.
This process began with workshops, focus groups with their employees, and perimeter scans tailored to food industry trends allowing us to optimize workflows and provide best-case floorplan scenarios before design.
The research facility is split in half, one part dedicated for collaborative thinking and increasing corporate interaction. The other is custom-made for culinary and food safety experts to develop and test new products with clients in a professional kitchen lab setting.
The design represents T. Marzetti’s brand with earthy tones reflecting the all-natural ingredients found in their products.
Product development teams for each side of the business can now work more closely with one another all in one multi-functional facility and are able to host multiple clients at a time in the spacious new environment that is made to flex as they grow.
