Pulte Homes is one of the largest speciality home construction companies in the United States. They provide a full suite of design, construction, and financing services for homeowners to create personalized, custom homes all through a single vendor.

Their operations were previously spread across multiple locations, and we helped them create a consolidated facility where they could offer all of their services under one roof. They moved into an unoccupied building and our design and construction teams were able to quickly layout a flow pattern for customers and staff and build out the space with minimal disruption.

Their new location houses a complete showroom area on the first floor where clients can pick out furniture, fixtures, colors, materials, and customize their house and layout. It also has a full workplace on the second floor where staff have a variety of meeting spaces and a full kitchen and lounge area. The workplace is divided into the different business units and departments that make up Pulte’s operations and support the full home buying and designing process.

As a customer-focused company, the design is very neutral so that images of beautiful homes and the plethora of customizable options will come through more impactfully.

The new facility enables staff and clients alike to achieve all of their needs – from getting a cup of coffee, to picking out trim, to closing on a new property.
