As a prosthetic manufacturing company, Ossur continues to push the boundaries with its mobility solutions and innovative technology. Our team knew that their workplace had to reflect this same energy and forward-facing culture.

Ossur outgrew its current location and moved into a new city and space. They partnered with us to transform an existing space in a typical office building into a suitable environment for a hybrid manufacturing/lab facility and office.

With occupational therapists and engineers in-house, our team was challenged to mix all sectors of the company into one environment. We built out a testing and education space for patient fittings and training sessions. Highlighted by wood and neutral designs, this area connects to Ossur’s European heritage and blue brand colors add liveliness to the space.

The other side of the workplace houses the laboratory where prosthetics are designed and built on-site. To facilitate the additional equipment required, we worked with consultants to implement additional building venting and safety infrastructure for the manufacturing zones.

Ossur’s new space is now able to accommodate their growth and fosters an environment that supports the business, but also continues to provide world class service and life-changing prosthetics to their customers.
