Our client, a global investment management company, has a time-honored tradition of serving a wide range of institutional clients around the world. As their business model was changing they wanted a workplace that reflected their collegial and collaborative culture.

They partnered with our team to give them a fresh perspective and restack 18 floors of their global headquarters. Instead of having departments located on one floor, our team worked with the client to co-locate multiple groups that worked together and create a workplace that cultivates cross-departmental collaboration.

All groups were evaluated individually so that their workplace aligns with how they work. For example, the LEED Gold certified 16th floor is completely open office while other floors feature a hybrid floor plan with open workplace and enclosed offices. The project features a full-service cafeteria and coffee shop that are easily accessible to the new state-of-the-art 400-person tiered auditorium.

Our team worked together to create a modern, sophisticated atmosphere that creates spaces where various groups can connect and support this financial institution as they evolve.
