Having received $50 million in Series A funding it was critical that Circulo scale up fast and provide a single location for their teams to develop their groundbreaking technology and support their customer network for rapid integration.

The Verro team worked with Circulo’s real estate brokerage advisory team to evaluate the available space options, providing conceptual designs and robust early budgets so that the right location could be established quickly.
