49 Financial, a financial services subsidiary of global insurance giant AXA, was looking for a new space for their Texas-based headquarters to support their business goals. They needed a partner who could create a sophisticated and amenity enhanced workplace for their staff and clients within a strict capital request.

The office spans across two buildings connected through a shared walkway. Although one side acts as a primarily client facing area with a dedicated reception, the aesthetics and space types are duplicated on both sides. With the ability to support over 350 people, various meeting and lounge areas, flexible workspaces, and cafés offer a variety of seating options for client facing meetings and in-house roles.

All areas are AV and technologically enabled allowing staff to move freely throughout the space for various tasks, from internal trainings, to high profile client meetings, to focus work, and socializing. Different wall treatments, design features like back splashes and light fixtures, and furniture types create a warm and comfortable ambiance for clients and staff alike.
