Contact UsAdecco, the world’s largest recruitment staffing firm, planned to relocate to a new building in Amsterdam to establish a new branch. The objective was to create a meeting environment that offers job opportunities, self-development through coaching, training, and testing, as well as a space to discuss issues and challenges, seek expert advice, and meet new people who can add value to their work, career or business. The office was not just to be an office but a place to build long-lasting customer/candidate relationships, a place to connect and collaborate, and a place to inspire, challenge, impress and grow the business.
The client’s vision was to create an interior that appeals to their diverse candidate base. The exposed services and a neutral palette complemented the brand’s primary color red throughout the space. The space also housed two other sub-brands of Adecco, Ajilon, and Badenoch & Clark. The challenge was to design a space that harmoniously incorporates all of the brands in one place without having a clash of brand colors.
The solution proposed was to represent the brands through technology in the space “at the click of a button.” The client had the ability to transform the space to suit the different brands or candidates visiting.
We maintained the same core project team members for multiple projects to leverage our knowledge of the brand and the business goals, and the outcomes from these projects has now become the DNA for Adecco Group’s working environments across Europe.
